Digital Marketing Strategist

Are you an X’s and O’s person? The Digital Marketing Strategist role is the ultimate “game planner” who creatively pulls together the right digital marketing pieces to help clients reach their business goals. Exposure is looking for an individual who has real-world experience with a wide variety of digital marketing tools, a passion for understanding a client’s business needs, and the ability to develop customized marketing plans that meet those needs. This individual will develop strong client relationships and impactful marketing campaigns with the support of a collaborative and seasoned team.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our centrally located offices in Wallingford, CT.

Your position from day to day:

  • Collaborate in strategic client engagements, providing actionable ideas for developing successful marketing campaigns that align with each client’s business objectives.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for clients across SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Participate in business development communications including responding to new business leads, existing client proactive reach-outs, and networking / presentation opportunities.
  • Work with team members to deepen current client engagements through strategic and creative planning.
  • Develop data-driven plans as part of ongoing client engagement and relationship growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, a Master’s degree a plus in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in the field of digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Strategy-oriented with a proven track record of developing custom client solutions.
