Girls Incorporated of Meriden is a local branch of a national nonprofit youth organization that provides educational programs to young girls to prepare them to lead successful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
A longtime Web Solutions client, Girls Inc. of Meriden had an existing website built on version 2 of the Web Solutions Content Management System, and was looking for a new website with a fresh design and updated technology.
According to Michelle Bourdeau, executive director, the purpose of the new site is to “provide an engaging experience to our members, community, alum and donors, and to share information about the programs and services offered at Girls Inc. of Meriden.”
Web Solutions designed and built a fully responsive new website in v4 of the Web Solutions CMS, with a fresh new design, an Instagram feed, and the Web Solutions enrichment platform for class registration and management.
Of all the new features on the site, Bourdeau said her favorite are the easy navigation, the sleek and contemporary look, and the user-friendly way of updating information on the back end.
“Working with Web Solutions was such a great experience,” Bourdeau said. “Anytime we had questions, the customer service was always prompt, professional and helpful.”
