Prevent Suicide CT is a statewide resource that connects Connecticut residents with information, education, and support services focused on mental well-being.
"The goal of the website is to raise awareness about suicide prevention, provide education on warning signs and risk factors, and connect individuals, families, and communities with resources and support services to reduce suicide and promote mental well-being across Connecticut," said Jeanette Baker, Marketing Designer for the United Way of Connecticut.
Web Solutions conducted branding exercises to develop a new logo, then designed a website that reflects the organization's renewed identity and mission. "One of the best improvements is how quickly users can identify what to do in a crisis," said Baker. "The site is noticeably easier to move through, with content grouped around real user needs (help, resources, materials). The imagery and messaging feel hopeful, not clinical."
"Working with Web Solutions was a collaborative and productive experience," Baker added. "They were responsive, flexible, and receptive to feedback."
