The Town of Wallingford, Connecticut is a “great New England town with a small town feel,” featuring good schools, state-of-the-art public library and senior center, great parks and open space recreation areas, and the lowest electric rates in the state.
The Town of Wallingford had an existing website to provide information to current and prospective town residents and businesses, but the site had its last major update in 2008, so it was overdue for an upgrade in design and functionality.
The existing site was built in Web Solutions Content Management System v2, which had older technology and was not mobile-friendly, so Web Solutions built an all-new site in v4, with a fresh new design, an easy-to-use interface, mobile-friendly functionality and a new “Find it Fast” section that gives site visitors an easy way to perform common actions, like pay a utility or tax bill, register to vote, or contact their elected officials.
